This rhyme started life when we discovered in Canada that Loch Ness is not the only lake in the world said to have its own somewhat shy and mysterious resident monster!

Cliplodocus- Hocus-pocus

Seldom’s ever seen;

When it is its head is red

Or blue or brilliant green:

That might be about the heat

Of water that it lives in;

Red is hot and blue is cold

And green is sort of middling.
