Can there truly be

billions of stars and more

In that faint distant blur?

sophisticated instruments

that probe

the deep recesses of space

prove there are:

indeed,

that such a burst of light

contains far more!

Suns have planets,

planets have moons

In their train.

Comets and asteroids

likely inhabit

that unreachable cosmic domain.

Gaze on these beautiful bodies,

whirling in their elliptical paths,

each held in order,

each one unique,

these,

their Creator's

indelible marks
