Strange How

Strange how
The coursing
Of suns and moons in far off space
Moulds them
And holds them
Within their own appointed place

Deep waves of colour
Illuminate the tracts of night,
Mystery on mystery
Proclaimed by every stellar light.

And so
This is where we could find God
Watching night's wondrous dance.
Watching night's wondrous dance.
For there
Is a puzzle to unravel
Watching night's wondrous dance.
Watching night's wondrous dance.

Rich dark horizons
Further than the mind can fathom
beg a creator
Beyond the scope of earthly ways.
Strange how we falter
From finding God in His creation;
Stronger the heartbeat
When we acknowledge this in praise.
