You, Lord, are the Source of the deep cadences of the universe,
who orchestrates the vibrant melodies of life and death.
From the unheard symphonies of gases
coalescing into a vast array of basic and exotic elements,
to the heartbeat of the most minute forms of life,
all reverberate the source of their cosmic evolution.
And on this tiny nurturing planet,
rotating around an ordinary star
in an arm of an unexceptional spiral galaxy,
we humans have been endowed
with the exquisite rhythms of flesh, blood and intellect;
thus giving us the privilege
of probing the harmonics
of all these magnificent orchestrations.
